By accessing or using the PickleballTime platform at itspickleballtime.com (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PickleballTime is a multi-tenant tournament management platform for pickleball communities. League organizers create and manage tournaments, brackets, player registrations, and standings on a dedicated subdomain. Players can discover public tournaments, register, and view live results.
To create a league you must register an admin account with a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must verify your email address before accessing the admin panel.
Players may create accounts to join tournaments across multiple leagues. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
Notify us immediately (via the contact form) of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use you fail to report promptly.
If a tenant admin forgets their password, the super-admin operator must reset it on request — there is no self-service admin password reset. Players have a self-service password reset on the player sign-in page.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (tournament data, player information, league settings). By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display this content as necessary to operate the Service.
League administrators are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate legal basis (consent or otherwise) to enter players' personal information into the system, including the consent of any minors' parents or guardians.
Each league receives a subdomain (e.g., yourleague.itspickleballtime.com). Subdomain names must not:
Certain subdomain names are reserved for platform use (for example: www, api, admin, app, mail, smtp, ftp, static, cdn, status, blog, help, support, and default) and cannot be claimed by leagues. We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign subdomains at our discretion, including for trademark or abuse reasons.
The Service offers three plan tiers with distinct billing models:
Current pricing is shown on the in-product upgrade page and on our marketing site. All payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. We do not see or store your full card number.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers; a Premium price change takes effect on your next renewal.
Refunds: all paid plans — both Single one-time charges and Premium monthly subscriptions — are non-refundable. For Premium, cancelling stops the next renewal but the current billing period remains active and is not refunded (including partial periods). For Single, a tournament that is cancelled or never held is still not refundable; please make sure your event is confirmed before purchasing. If a Premium payment fails, your plan is downgraded to Free after Stripe's grace period and you will lose access to paid features until payment is restored.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for damages arising from Service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine is harmful to other users or the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time via the contact form. Upon termination your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickleballTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PickleballTime, its operators, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
